Learning Management System (LMS)

The LMS (Learning Management System) is an online platform that provides access to all your learning materials, resources, and study activities from anywhere with an internet connection. It allows you to engage with your courses, complete assignments, participate in discussions, and access essential study content at your convenience. Our LMS uses Moodle. To access the platform, you will need to log in using your student username and password, which ensures your account and course information remain secure.

To access the LMS, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the LMS login page.
  2. Enter your student username and password.
  3. After logging in, you will see a list of your available LMS subjects.

Please note: It can take 24–48 hours after enrolment for your subjects to appear in the LMS. Typically, subjects are published two weeks before classes start, so they may only become visible closer to the semester’s start.

FAQ

Why can't I login to the LMS?

You may be unable to log in for several reasons. The most common ones are:

  1. Entering the username in the wrong format
  2. Forgetting your password
  3. Typing your password incorrectly
  4. Using an unsupported browser (e.g., Safari or Internet Explorer)
  5. Recently purchased your course (your account may still be processing)

If you’re still having trouble, here are a few more things to check:

  1. If you’ve just purchased your course via ASTML website, it can take 24–48 hours before you can access the LMS.
  2. Passwords are case-sensitive; make sure Caps Lock is turned off.

If you’ve just purchased your course(s), your LMS (Moodle) account may not be active yet. Please allow 24–48 hours for your access to be set up after payment is processed. Try logging in again later, and if the issue continues after 48 hours, contact Student IT Support for assistance.
