About The Programme

This 100% online, part-time Master of Science in Business and Organisational Psychology is designed to support the development of knowledge and skills for human resource management and leadership roles within organisations. Delivered by Coventry University Online in collaboration with ASTML, the programme applies psychological principles to real-world business challenges, exploring topics such as leadership, motivation, team dynamics and organisational behaviour.

What You’ll Study
